Please carefully check the condition of all goods before accepting delivery. In signing the delivery, you acknowledge that the goods are in good condition and not faulty or damaged.

If you do receive a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours. We offer a personalised service and are happy to work with you in finding a solution. We will try our hardest to replace the item for you (depending on availability), or offer you a full refund.

The item you are returning must be unused and in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received it.

For refunds we will first inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method and will receive confirmation on this.
